We can probably all agree that each new year brings a new and old set of New Year’s Resolutions. I often wonder why we so quickly put them aside when our goals feel unattainable or the results we want don’t come quick enough. Am I talking to the majority, or a select few?

What are your New Year’s Resolutions? What will keep you motivated in 2010 that did not work in 2000, 2001, 2002, etc. I really don’t believe in new year’s resolutions. Instead of reaching for over zealous goals, change the habits that keep you the same yearly, and break your big goals into smaller achievable ones that will ultimately drive you to your overall success. What are your thoughts? Agree or disagree?
